Who is responsible for your data
This privacy notice applies to the site batech.ai and to the demo request form it contains.
The controller of your personal data is Batech Technologies Inc., located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States, together with its subsidiary Batech IA & Blockchain, S.A. de C.V., located at Santa Teresa 510, Querétaro, Qro., C.P. 76230, Mexico. We operate commercially under the brand Batech AI.
For anything concerning your personal data, including exercising your rights, write to privacidad@batech.ai.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data when you type it into the demo request form. We do not buy data sets and we do not obtain your data from third parties.
Data you give us:
- Required: name, email address and company.
- Optional: WhatsApp number, operating environment, industry, number of locations, country, and whatever description of your operational challenge you choose to write.
Data collected automatically when you submit the form:
- The address of the page you submitted the request from.
- The page that brought you to our site (the referrer), if any.
- Advertising campaign parameters present in the address (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,gclid,fbclid), if you arrived from an ad.
Our hosting providers automatically log the IP address and browser type of site visitors, as part of the technical operation and security of the service.
We do not collect sensitive personal data — racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic or biometric information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual orientation. Please do not include that kind of information in the free-text field.
What we use your data for
Primary purposes. These are necessary to handle your request; without them we cannot provide what you asked for:
- Contacting you to respond to your demo request.
- Understanding your operation so we can prepare a relevant demonstration.
- Following up commercially on the conversation you started.
- Keeping an internal record of the request and how it was handled.
Secondary purposes. These are not necessary to serve you, and you can decline them without affecting your request:
- Sending you information about Batech products, use cases or events.
- Producing aggregate internal statistics about the origin and profile of requests.
If you do not want us to process your data for secondary purposes, write to privacidad@batech.ai with the subject "Opt out of secondary purposes". You may do so at any time.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with providers that deliver services to us and process it on our behalf, under our instructions:

These providers act as processors: they handle the data solely to provide their service to us and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose your data when required by a competent authority, an applicable law or a court order, or when necessary to protect rights, safety or property.
International transfers. Your data is stored and processed in the United States and, in the case of the CRM, possibly in the European Union. By submitting the form you accept that your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
Your rights in the United States
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). In the past twelve months we collected the following categories of personal information, all obtained directly from you through the form or automatically through your use of the site:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address.
- Commercial and professional information: company, industry, operating environment, number of locations, country.
- Internet activity: originating page, referrer and campaign parameters.
We use them for the purposes described under "What we use your data for", and we disclose them for business purposes to the providers listed above.
We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA/CPRA defines those terms, and we have not done so in the past twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
You have the right to: know what information we collect and how we use it; obtain a copy of it; request its deletion; correct it if inaccurate; opt out of its sale or sharing (which we do not carry out); and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Other states. If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising and data sales. We handle those requests through the same channel.
How to exercise them. Write to privacidad@batech.ai. We will verify your identity using information we already hold and respond within the 45 days the law allows, extendable once where necessary. You may designate an authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf.
Your ARCO rights (Mexico)
If you are located in Mexico, the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties grants you these rights:
- Access. To know what data of yours we hold and how we use it.
- Rectification. To correct your data when it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Cancellation. To ask us to erase it from our records.
- Objection. To object to our using it for particular purposes.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
How to exercise them. Send an email to privacidad@batech.ai including your name and a means of reply, a copy of official identification, a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and any document that helps us locate your data.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, and where the request is granted we will act on it within the following 15 business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge; we may only charge justified shipping or reproduction costs.
If you believe your right was not properly addressed, you may contact INAI (home.inai.org.mx).
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as a commercial relationship or an active conversation with you exists, and for up to 24 meses after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal, accounting or tax obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Once that period ends, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
How we protect your data
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the site, role-based access control to the CRM, and storage of credentials exclusively in encrypted environment variables, never in the browser.
No system is completely infallible. If a breach occurs that significantly affects your rights, we will inform you as required by applicable law.
Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to privacidad@batech.ai and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our practices, the technology we use or applicable law change. The current version will always be published on this page, with its last-updated date at the top.
If the change is material — a new purpose or a new transfer, for example — we will tell you at the email address you gave us before it takes effect.
